i liked this place, everything was perfectly fine. the staff were helpful and excellent, all of them. for the price i paid the room was reasonably spacious with decent kitchenette. the entire interior decor was modern.

I had a wonderful time in Valencia, exploring both the old and new parts of the city. Thanks to the guidance of my grandson, who lives and works there, I got to see all the best spots. Coroa Del Mar was conveniently located near the beach, perfect for daily walks. Checking in and getting the keys was smooth, with quick responses through the WhatsApp chat. The apartment building is secure and centrally located, making it easy to reach all the places I needed to go. The facilities were extensive, and I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of my apartment. The kitchen and dining area were great for making breakfast, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was small but functional, and the owner was quick to provide information and assistance. The ability to store our bags after check-out was also a plus. great value for the price.

Additionally, the heating system was not sufficient, leaving us feeling cold during our stay. It would also be helpful to have additional amenities such as cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Despite these issues, the apartment's location was convenient, and we were able to enjoy our time exploring Valencia.

The City of Arts & Sciences is a whopping 1.6km away, such a quick walk! And guess what? Free WiFi is available throughout the property, so I could browse the internet for hours while still smelling that delightful chemical scent.
